The interview process was slow and not up to par. They didn't ask anything interesting, just how I heard about the company. It felt like they didn't consider what I could bring to the table. While the company seems nice, they really need to improve their people skills and technology. They have potential but aren't quite there yet.

I talked with the Recruiter first, then the District Manager, and then the Director of Operations. The first two interviews were pretty easy. But before meeting with the Director of Operations, I had to take a math test. If I passed that, I got to interview with them. That last interview was about an hour long, very direct and I learned what they expected. They offered me a good salary, I get weekends off, and work a 48-hour week, which is pretty standard for retail. I accepted their offer, which was actually for a better and higher-paying job than I applied for. After I was hired, they did a full background check with fingerprints.
