Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PLS Financial Services.
District Manager
The interview process was very straightforward. I felt I got all the info I needed to make a good decision. They asked all the right questions to see if my experience fit the role. The hiring process was fast and efficient. The interviewer made me feel comfortable the whole time.
- Can you describe your experience with managing people?
District Manager
For District Manager roles and higher, expect at least three interviews, and sometimes more. It usually starts with a chat with a local HR person, then you'll interview with a panel of District Managers, followed by an interview with a Director. If you make it through that, you might have a fourth interview with a VP or Senior Director. The whole thing can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days.
- What are some situational questions you can share from your past experiences?
- Can you share some examples of your past experiences that demonstrate your skills in dealing with specific situations?
District Manager
Had a deep phone interview with the recruiter, then met face-to-face with two zone/regional managers. Not much happened after that. It felt positive, and I was really surprised I didn't get hired. Maybe they thought I was overqualified?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What is your understanding of PLS?
- How would you contribute to PLS?
