Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 15-minute phone interview initially, and I had to follow up after that. Then, there was a 2-hour on-site interview with the Director. He went into detail about the different upcoming lounges in America and took notes on my suggestions for improving and structuring their projects. Finally, there was a 30-minute interview with the IT Manager, who is an SME for routing and switchers. Throughout the process, I had to follow up on decisions because they wouldn't send any emails otherwise. After the final interview, there was no decision email or feedback, which felt disrespectful. They mentioned the team is small and members have to cover multiple roles, the organization isn't well-structured, and there's a lot of dependency on HK.

The interview process was excessively long, requiring over a month to receive updates on the next steps. It involved numerous interview rounds. There was a lot of false hope, only to end up being rejected in the end. It felt like a waste of my time and effort.
