At Plaza Premium Group (PPG), the interview process is pretty structured and based on competencies to check if you're a good fit technically and culturally. It can change a bit depending on the specific job and how senior it is, but here's the general idea of how it goes:

The interview process took about 3 days, starting from initial contact until the offer letter was sent. The interviewers were friendly and the HR staff were helpful. The interviewer asked basic questions about my likes and interests, then moved on to technical questions, and later asked more about my thought processes and how I handle different situations.

It was a 15-minute phone interview initially, and I had to follow up after that. Then, there was a 2-hour on-site interview with the Director. He went into detail about the different upcoming lounges in America and took notes on my suggestions for improving and structuring their projects. Finally, there was a 30-minute interview with the IT Manager, who is an SME for routing and switchers. Throughout the process, I had to follow up on decisions because they wouldn't send any emails otherwise. After the final interview, there was no decision email or feedback, which felt disrespectful. They mentioned the team is small and members have to cover multiple roles, the organization isn't well-structured, and there's a lot of dependency on HK.

First a call to ask if you're interested in participating in the process, then a message via WhatsApp. Two group interviews. The first one to know about your experiences and talk a little about the company's business, vision, and plans, and a group dynamic. After that, everyone approved or not receives a message back on WhatsApp. After a positive response, the second interview is scheduled to explain the entire documentation and accreditation process, as it's in a federal security area.
