The interview process involved multiple rounds. First, I spoke with a Project Manager from the team, then an HR manager, followed by an interview with the project managers' leader. There was also a technical test and a polygraph. The HR part felt like they were really trying to find a catch, asking similar questions from different angles, like "where are the places where you go out of your comfort zone?" They seemed more focused on cultural fit than technical project management skills. The PM Manager, who leads a team of 8 female PMs, stated they don't allow working from home and are proud of employees working hard, including weekends and holidays. They asked "how strong do you want this job?" right after mentioning high salary expectations and long working hours with no breaks.
