The interview process was a bit awkward. First, there was a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter where they asked some basic technical questions. Then, a 60-minute technical screen share interview with a consultant followed. After that, there were 4 to 30-minute interviews with random employees and a 1-hour interview with the lead of consultants. The employees seemed to be reading from a script, moving on to the next question immediately after one was answered, which didn't feel like a real conversation. It felt robotic, and there wasn't enough time to ask my own questions at the end. The CEO, who was one of the interviewers, was very unprofessional, switching from pleasant to critical very quickly. While everyone seemed confident about the company's growth, I'd advise them to treat consultant candidates better as they could be future clients.

I was contacted by someone from GSD, and we did a phone screening where they asked about my background and what interests me in the role, ending with 4 simple technical questions. On paper, the job was perfect for what I wanted, and I was excited to move forward. But the in-person interview made me pull out. The CEO interview felt impersonal; he kept cutting me off and I had to justify professional and personal choices that weren't relevant. The technical part involved 4 Salesforce scenarios, all pretty basic. Since it's a small company, I knew the CEO would be involved daily, and after that experience, he was definitely not someone I wanted to report to.

Behavioral Technical Case

This was a pretty straightforward and chill hiring process, but it did take a while, about a month from start to finish. They seem to have a clear idea of the kind of person they want to hire, which is a plus.
