Technical Delivery Manager
The first part was a chat with the hiring manager to see if I basically fit and if I'd vibe with the team. Then there were more in-depth interviews about my skills and what I've done, these were with a few people, maybe a panel. The last step was meeting with some higher-ups and execs to get the final go-ahead.

Revenue Operations Analyst
The interview process started with an HR screening that took about 30 minutes. After that, there was a 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager. The final part was a 1-hour presentation about sales to the Hiring Manager and leadership. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward process, and they were really clear about what they were looking for and what was expected.
- How would you approach a given scenario?
- What steps do you take when presented with a certain request?
- Describe your method for overcoming a particular challenge.
Executive Assistant
The overall vibe was a bit off. The CRO was cool, professional, and seemed to try to accommodate, which was good. I should have seen it as a red flag (really, a second red flag, the first being that they reached out months after I applied because prior hires didn't pan out), especially when the CRO warned me about how the CEO behaves. The CEO isn't personable at all and comes off as arrogant. During the interview, he would twist whatever I said into a negative. When I asked about turnover and growth, he said, 'Whoever belongs here is here, and whoever doesn't is gone.' He also told me not to expect any personal career growth from this position. It all left a bad impression, and I decided I wouldn't move forward with them, even if they offered me the job.
- What do you expect from this role?
- What are your career goals?
- Could you please go through your resume with me?
Salesforce Consultant
The interview process here was pretty much like previous reviews suggested. It's a young company with lots of enthusiasm. The technical interview made it clear this wasn't a place I'd want to work. Expecting 95% utilization in a 40-hour week while juggling 6-10 projects at once, plus internal projects and an offshore team, just doesn't seem realistic. The expectations are too high and the targets are impossible to hit without working a lot of extra hours. I would have turned down an offer, but none was extended – we just weren't a good fit.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
- Could you answer some standard questions from the ADM201 exam?
