Inside Sales Representative
It was a pretty laid-back process, they gave a tour of the place. Super fast and easy overall. After they got my resume, a recruiter hit me up for an in-person chat. I ended up talking to the manager and the owner before they made their choice.
- What makes you want to work here?
Sales Representative
The interview process started with an initial phone call, followed by an in-office stage involving a typing test and a meeting with the CEO. The CEO made me feel very comfortable. After that, I was given a long script to memorize, which was fine. The third interview was with the CEO's boyfriend, who asked a single question. A strict rule was that being even a second late to any of the three interviews would result in immediate disqualification. I adhered to all rules and have a Bachelor's degree. Although my interviews were deemed successful, they ultimately chose other candidates. I received a standard rejection email and felt my time was significantly wasted.
- What books have you read lately?
Sales
First, there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview with three people. After that, another interview. If you get the job, you have to memorize a script and recite it over FaceTime without notes. Then, 5 days of training. They expect you to start working immediately without knowing everything, as the training isn't thorough.
- Can you share an instance where you resolved a customer problem?
