First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Plaster Group.
Senior Consultant
The interview process involved two rounds of interviews, both focusing on behavioral questions where I had to describe past experiences. After successfully completing these rounds, I was placed in a contingent offer status. This stage typically involves the company finding a suitable project and then staffing me with a client. However, for me, this is where the process became problematic. I remained in this stage for several months without being presented with many opportunities, and there was a lack of clear or frequent communication. While I found the consultants I interviewed with to be intelligent and potential good colleagues, the post-offer interview process felt disorganized.
- Can you describe your experience at X company?
Agile Coach
The interview process was straightforward. There wasn't a super strict format. Expect general coaching questions along with questions about Agile frameworks. A coaching certificate isn't required if you have solid experience.
- Can you describe the different coaching stances?
- What do you know about the Agile framework?
- Could you elaborate on your experience with Agile methodologies?
Senior Consultant
We started with a few technical interviews. Then, I had a go/no-go interview with the CEO to check my emotional maturity, personality, and work ethic. After that, I had the final interview with the client. Once I finished the client interview, I met with the deployment manager to see if my personality would be a good fit for the client. Then I got the offer.
- What would you do if your employer asked you to do something that conflicted with your ethical standards?
Agile Coach
A friend referred me and I chatted with their recruiter first. Then I had a phone screen with the Agile lead which was great. After that, my resume went to the client and I was interviewed by the client account manager. I got past that, and then met with the client themselves.
- Is data warehousing experience a requirement for a Scrum Master to be good on a data warehousing team?
