Standard Interview, asked pretty straight forward questions. Was more focused on personality and social fit rather than skills. Interviewer was very interested in my involvements in communities and clubs outside of school.

The interview process included standard interview questions, and they went over the company and benefits. There were technical questions too. It was a 30-minute chat with the recruiter, then 30 minutes with the manager, and finally 30 minutes with a partner. Overall, it was a good experience. I'd do it again if I got another offer.

I applied through the campus recruiting system. There was a pre-interview networking event the night before the interview. I was interviewed by two people, one from tax and one from audit. They were newer to the company and very friendly. I felt comfortable and the interview was more like a conversation. I heard back about a week later to schedule an office visit for the following week. The office visit was very professional. We heard a presentation from HR and a Partner and then interviewed with 2 Partners and a Senior Manager. They were all very friendly and really just wanted to get to know me, although there were some behavioral questions. Afterwards, candidates were invited downtown for fun activities. It was a great opportunity to mingle with other candidates and employees from other offices. I received an offer the same day.
