I had an on campus interview after job fair and speaking with a recruiter. It was thirty minutes and consisted of standard behavioral questions. No tricky questions, they just asked about your leadership ability and greatest accomplishment. They just want to know if you will be a good fit for the company. I got a call back the next day about scheduling an office visit.

I got hired through campus recruiting. First, there was a round of interviews. Then, I was invited for an office visit. At the office visit, I had three interviews in total. I spoke with a partner, a manager, and an associate. The partner interview was pretty relaxed and just a conversation. The manager interview was also relaxed, but we had to get through some questions about how I interact with people. The associate interview was all about leadership and interpersonal skills, and it felt more intense. I didn't really like the way they asked the questions. After the interviews, I had lunch with two staff auditors. I wasn't that impressed by how many interpersonal questions they asked. Compared to some Big 4 firms where I've also interviewed and received offers, Plante felt more intense with their questioning.

It was pretty chill at first, just chatting about life and stuff we had in common with the interviewer. Then, BAM! They hit me with a bunch of financial questions, like they were trying to catch me off guard to see my real thoughts. My advice: be ready to explain why you picked your major, where you see it going, and definitely read the Wall Street Journal. I got asked about a WSJ article and it was right there in my car! Good luck!
