Submitted my application online and heard back from the recruiter about 3 days later. First, I had a quick phone chat with the recruiter. Then, I met with my potential supervisor or the hiring manager. The final step was a panel interview with three people from different teams. It was a friendly process, but unfortunately, I didn't end up getting an offer.

I applied on the net and then had a phone interview. The woman who was supposed to schedule the interview got sick and didn't show up for the scheduled call. She didn't email me until four days later. The pay was really low. It was a big letdown.
