It was a friendly and kind interview process. They asked a lot of questions related to working in a place that offers sex education and inclusive healthcare. They were interested in my experience with gender affirming care and specific skills.

So first I did questions in short answer format along with the initial application. Then I had a virtual interview with the Chief Clinical Officer. A few other management staff were invited, but they couldn't make it.

Clinician
There were three interview rounds total. First was a recruiter chat, second was with two team members, and third was with the director. The first interview was mostly standard interview questions. The second interview had a mix of behavioral, situational, and medical questions. The final interview was more relaxed, just a chat, but had some standard questions thrown in.
