The entire hiring process spanned a little over a month. It began with an email from a recruiter for a phone interview, after which my resume was sent to the clinic manager. We then scheduled an in-person interview about a week and a half later. This interview went well, and the manager was very clear and open about her interviewing approach. About an hour after this meeting, the recruiter contacted me again, this time requesting a second interview to meet my potential colleagues, as I was one of two finalists. This second interview was scheduled for the following week. The second in-person interview was a bit intense because I had never been interviewed by a group before. I felt it went okay, though I was quite nervous. I was told I'd hear back by the beginning of the next week, regardless of the outcome, but I never received any communication. My follow-up email to the recruiter also went unanswered. I found this lack of follow-up to be very unprofessional and disorganized, which says a lot about an organization.

I talked to someone and got to apply for this job. The first interview was on the phone. It's been great so far. They ask very specific questions about diversity and why you want to work for them. I think that's one of the best parts of this process because they really want people who care about their mission. It sounds like a good fit if you really want to support this organization long-term.

The hiring and interview process was really slow. I waited like 5 weeks at one point without any news. It's slow sometimes but this felt like too much.
