It was a three stage process. First, a technical screening covering DSA and basic CS stuff. Then, a more in-depth technical interview about my GenAI project experience and Java/Spring Boot coding skills. Lastly, a managerial/HR chat.

Coding Technical

So it was a 2 round process, first was a coding round online, and then for those who got shortlisted from the coding round, there was an interview. In the coding round, I got 3 coding questions, and I managed to complete 1 fully, and the other 2 with more than half of the test cases passing.

Behavioral Technical

The whole interview process felt put together and professional. First, there was an HR call, then we went into technical and manager interviews that looked at both my abilities and if I'd be a good fit personality-wise. The people interviewing me were nice and asked questions that were like real-life situations. They kept me in the loop well, and the HR folks let me know what was up pretty quickly and then made the offer after we talked the last time.
