Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a pretty straight forward interview process, challenging in a good way. There were 4 rounds: first a recruiter interview, then the hiring manager interview, after that a presentation and role play, and finally an interview with the VP of sales. The recruiter was extremely supportive throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a screening call with the recruiter. They explained the job duties and asked about my salary expectations. Since the salary offered wasn't within my range, they emailed me shortly after to say they wouldn't be moving forward with my application.

I interviewed with 3 team members at different levels. The recruiting team was super helpful with scheduling and letting me know about a fire drill happening around my interview. They even gave out gift bags to thank us! The team seemed really excited to have me, and they didn't ask any tricky or weird philosophical questions. It felt like they were trying to build a team, not just a bunch of individuals. They made their decision and got back to me the same day.
