Their process is 5 interviews which I believe is excessive but I was interested in the position. I made it to round 3. The second interview I was told I was a ‘breath of fresh air.’ The third interview was a completely different tone. The first two said there was a lot of opportunity to grow. On the third one, this interviewer told me that I might have to sit in that seat for one year, a year and a half, or maybe even two years. I felt like saying, why not 5 while we are at it? I can’t be too sure why they did not move me forward since I am experienced and have been a top performer in this role. I did not get the same warm feeling from her as I did on the first two interviews. It felt like she already made up her mind once she saw me. Sure enough, I went from back to back interviews to rejection.

The whole interview process took about 2 weeks and had 5 interviews plus an email assignment. Got a verbal offer on 2/16 and they were able to increase my base salary a bit and be flexible with my start date which I really appreciated. Before I accepted, I asked for their benefits document and was told I'd get it soon. Never got it, so I followed up on 2/18, but still no reply. I followed up again on 2/22 to confirm I wanted to accept. An hour later, I got an email saying they've decided to go with other candidates and won't be making an offer. I immediately called and emailed for clarification but haven't heard back as of 2/24. It was extremely unprofessional how it was all handled.

The interview process began with a 30-minute call with recruitment. This was followed by a 30-minute session with the SDR manager. Finally, there were three separate 15-minute meetings with the leadership team. During these meetings, different questions were asked, but the main focus was to understand your drive and motivation for the role.
