I had two interviews back to back on the same day in person. I got to meet different people from the team. They were all behavioral questions that followed the STAR format. Everything went well and the process was seamless.

Behavioral Group Other

There were 3 interviews, each about an hour and a half long, with teams of 4 employees. The whole thing took two days. Day one was mostly getting to know the place, seeing the campus, meeting some people, and they even fed us dinner. Day two was the actual interviews, plus breakfast and lunch. We started around 8 am and wrapped up by 4 pm. The staff who interviewed us were super nice, and it didn't feel too stressful. They told us it was okay to be a bit nervous and just to do our best. We also got to ask them about their jobs at PJM and what they do day-to-day.
