It was an average interview, with lots of easy questions. Nothing I was too stressed about. The interviewers were friendly and gave a nice welcome. They started by getting to know me and what I wanted. Then they asked why I'd be suitable.

Applied online and did some questions. Got a call a month later for an interview. The interview was held outside at a table near where staff keep their bags and by a toilet. It was a quick chat and I got the job right away. Just need to be put in the system and then I can start soon!

I sent in my application online and after that I had to answer some questions based on a situation with 5 options to choose from. I had to rank these options from what I would do first to what I'm least likely to do. After I sent it off, the hiring manager called me the next day and invited me in for an interview 3 days later. When I got there, I had to wait a bit as the manager was with someone else but the staff were nice and offered me a drink. The manager came over, apologized for the wait and took me to another table for the interview. She discussed my CV with me, covering my education, previous jobs, and hobbies, to get a sense of who I am. Then she reviewed my scenario answers and asked a few more questions. After that, she explained the pay, asked about any holidays I had planned in the next 6 months, and how many hours I'd need with my other commitments. She thanked me and said I'd hear back the following Tuesday, which I did, and I was offered the job and accepted.
