I got to the second stage, but the interview was super short, only 17 minutes, which was less time than it took me to travel there. The hiring manager seemed really bored and didn't seem to pay much attention to what I was saying, it was all quite strange. The HR person was really nice and handled everything maturely. I felt like a last-minute addition, and the hiring manager decided I wouldn't move forward as soon as they saw me.

It was way too many rounds (five) for a coordinator role. One of the interviewers also forgot about the interview time and never showed up, and it was hard to reach them to reschedule. Overall, the process was extremely unorganized.
