The interview process was fair yet a bit intense. Best to come prepared and ready to show off your personality. Your skillset will come into question. They will also want to know if you are able to relocate.

Applied for an English Editor opening with a few years of experience. A recruiter reached out, asked about my background and salary expectations, and set up an in-person interview. I expected to meet two people, but only met one, who was dressed very casually and seemed aloof. He mentioned the other interviewer might join but wasn't sure where she was. I saw her greeting someone else in the lobby, suggesting disorganization. The interview ended with a mention of potential further testing. I got parking validated and left. Since I didn't get a contact card, I followed up with the recruiter after a week. They eventually replied, stating they'd "decided to go in a different direction" without providing any feedback or standard encouragement. It felt impersonal and indifferent.

We did some screening tests first for English spelling, punctuation, and grammar. The main interview was really nice and friendly. I just wish they were clearer about the salary upfront before we went through the whole long process before getting the offer.
