First you'll have a phone chat with the recruiter, they're really nice. They'll ask basic stuff like about your last project, your team setup, and if you can handle Pixar's crazy production pace. It's a super chill chat. They'll ask about money upfront. You get to ask questions too. If you pass that, there's a two-hour interview with department folks and the manager. Seems like they ask similar things, and it's all conversational and friendly, no software or workflow technicalities. Then, if they like you, a final call to discuss the offer, salary again, and they send a link to benefits info.

I applied online in February and heard back in mid-May to set up an interview. First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, I was emailed to schedule a series of panel interviews. I could do them in person or over Skype, and I picked Skype. I ended up having 3 interviews with different groups, and it took about 3 hours with a short break. A recruiter kicked off each section. Everyone was super nice and mostly asked about my technical skills, what stories I liked, and my future goals.
