Walking into the studio, I felt a mix of nerves and excitement. The panel looked quite serious, which made me a bit nervous. They asked about my portfolio, looking at each piece closely. As they asked questions, I talked about my passion for telling stories using animation. I also showed my software skills and explained how I come up with ideas. They mentioned a test project that I'll get to show my skills with under pressure. When I left, I wasn't sure how I did, but I was hopeful because I felt like I tried my best.

I interviewed in person back in 2017. The on-site interview lasted about 4 hours. First, I got a tour of the studio, then I was taken to a conference room. There, I was interviewed by 4 different groups, with two people in each group, representing 4 different departments. The overall experience was nice. It's a little intimidating to sit in a room for a long time and have multiple interviews, but I left feeling really good about it and thought it was a well-organized process.

The interview process was mostly online, and a lot of people applied, making it super competitive. Even though they can't review your work for you, it really gives you time to get better and try again later when an internship opens up!
