I got a call from a consultancy, and the very next day, I had my telephonic interview which included an online paper with testing and some interview questions. Two days after that, I was called for a F2F technical round in Noida, with 30-minute interviews per round. Afterward, the HR told me I cleared the interview and to wait for 2 days. But after waiting 9 days, they informed me they hired someone else and I'm on hold. It was really pathetic to be told everything looks good and an offer letter would be released soon, only to not get hired.

Technical Behavioral Coding Case

The interview process was good. The first round was a telephonic call. The second round was a 1:1 technical interview covering DevOps and QA practices. The third round was a 1:1 managerial interview. The fourth round was a Skype call with the US Client, which happened at night. I cleared all rounds and the client was happy. Although I was confident about getting the offer, HR said my profile was not recommended without a reason. Companies should provide feedback for rejections, especially product-based companies.
