Had 6 quick interviews. The first 5, they said I was a great fit. Then I met with who I thought was the hiring manager, but apparently, he wasn't impressed and rescinded the offer. It's weird that a mid-level manager has that much say. Makes me question their hiring process. I'd recommend looking elsewhere so you don't waste your time like I did.

The interview process started with a telephone interview by an HR representative. This was followed by another telephone interview, this time with the line of business manager. Finally, there were face-to-face interviews with the potential hiring manager and some of the people who would be their peers. The interviews involved many situational questions, such as 'describe a time when you had to...'. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout. The process was business-like and ran very smoothly.

I applied in the first week, and heard nothing the second week. In the third week, the recruiter had me complete a self-identity form and set up a time to chat. The fourth week involved a recruiter phone screen with standard questions, followed by an assessment after I passed. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone that same week, which went well. The fifth week, I had to chase the recruiter for a response. In the sixth week, the recruiter scheduled an in-person meeting with the direct manager, which happened in the seventh week and also went well, with typical questions. They advised me to research PB. Afterwards, the recruiter set up a meeting with upper management, but the invites were messed up, so we missed the connection. Upper management was unavailable in the eighth week. In the ninth week, I followed up again and the recruiter set up another meeting with upper management for the end of the week, but they rescheduled it for a time that conflicted with another interview I had, which I then cancelled to attend the PB meeting. However, when I called for the final interview, they didn't answer. I left a voicemail and emailed the recruiter and direct manager with my availability, but never heard back, essentially being ghosted after being strung along for two months. I found another job in the meantime. If you apply, be ready to constantly follow up.
