Behavioral Technical

I applied for the position via LinkedIn and soon after, I was contacted by the recruitment team via WhatsApp. The first conversation was relaxed, focusing on general topics about the company and the process, as there weren't many specific details about the role yet. Shortly after, a meeting with leadership was scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, this first interaction had technical issues, like connection problems and difficulty hearing audio, which disrupted the conversation. We rescheduled for the next day. In the new conversation, we were able to move forward better, discussing the technical aspects of the role and the organizational structure. It was an interesting and promising dialogue. Despite the fast pace of the process initially, there was no further follow-up after this stage. I tried to follow up for about two weeks seeking feedback — even if negative — and was simply ignored. I understand that it's not always possible to move forward in the process, but I believe it's important to ensure at least a clear closing for candidates, especially considering the company's size. This feedback is for ensuring there's always a clear closing of the process, even when the decision is not to proceed with the candidate.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The process started with a recruiter chat about my background. Then there were 2 developers for a technical interview to check my knowledge and experience with technologies. Finally, an engineering manager interview to talk more about myself. This process was really drawn out due to lots of rescheduling, even an interview booked when the manager was on vacation. The communication was only on LinkedIn and I'm currently ghosted with no feedback on whether I passed.

Behavioral Group Presentation

First, we submitted our resumes and completed some behavioral tests on the Mindsight online platform. Those who scored highest were invited to the next stage: an online group dynamic. The group dynamic had two parts: an individual presentation where we had to introduce ourselves as an object from a list they provided, and then the group dynamic itself. We were split into smaller groups and had to create a budget for a fictional camping event. Midway through, the budget was cut in half, and finally, we had to present our decisions.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The first part involved a personal presentation, and the second part was a group dynamic, as I described above.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The hiring process was quick, clear, and well-organized. I was invited by a recruiter via LinkedIn message. First, they review your resume (from LinkedIn, Pipefy's career site, Glassdoor, etc.). After that, I was invited to a second stage where I completed 4 behavioral profile tests and recorded a video introducing myself and explaining why I wanted to be part of the Pipefy growth team. The third stage involved presenting a case study and discussing my career history. All the questions were well-crafted and relevant, making it challenging but a good way to assess the necessary competencies for the role. The final stage was a culture fit discussion with talent acquisition, and in my case, a second conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about the professional, challenges, deliverables, and career progression. The entire process was challenging and positive. They provided a schedule with specific dates for each phase and maintained very open and transparent communication. Feedback is given after each elimination round, and everything happens very quickly. The Talent team and the leaders involved deserve praise. I recommend participating if you have the chance and giving it your all, as joining Pipefy's expansion team is fantastic.
