Customer Service Representative
The interview process had quite a few steps, more than I expected. But overall, it was a good experience and the interviewers were great, making the whole thing really smooth. Seems like a fantastic company.
- How long do you envision yourself working here?
Customer Support Representative
The interview process was too long, spanning 6 phases across different departments. Some of the questions felt silly, like they were straight out of a startup playbook. It seemed like some phases could have been shorter or combined, as the overall length felt excessive.
- Between a polar bear and a grizzly bear, who would win in a fight?
Customer Service Representative
I sent my resume and cover letter, then got a phone call a couple days later to schedule an interview that happened less than a week after that. I wasn't thrilled when they told me there would be 5 interviews with 5 different people, which felt like too much for the role. The hr person and team leader weren't great and lectured me about success in a way that felt accusatory, also mixing up information I'd given them. The next day, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application.
- Can you tell me about your biggest success?
- What about your weaknesses?
- What are your expectations?
