First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pipedrive.
Customer Success Manager
It was a 4-part interview process. First, I spoke with HR and the hiring manager. Then there was a role-play exercise, followed by a team interview. The final stage was an interview with the head of the department. The people I met were very nice, but the whole process took quite a while.
- Can you describe a challenging situation from a past role and explain how you resolved it?
Customer Success Manager
I applied online and they sent me an email a few weeks later inviting me to the first interview. I was very well-treated even if questions were a little bit difficult. After that, I had to solve a task. The third and funniest interview was with people working on the team. They wanted to know me better and see if I fit within the company culture. The last interview happened with the head of the department. He was really nice to me and easygoing. The interviews were not difficult, but the long process made it hard for me.
- Can you describe a challenging client interaction from your past?
- What would be your approach to managing a customer portfolio without specific instructions?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was great! It was structured, timely, professional, and personable. I learned a lot about the company and its culture. I had the chance to meet with managers, as well as future colleagues and teammates.
- Tell me about your passions.
