Server
So, it was fine. They actually don't hire outside bartenders. You have to do their training program as a server first to get behind the bar, which takes like 6 to 8 weeks depending on how much you work.
- What makes you want to work at this establishment?
Server
I brought my resume and sat down with one of the managers, who reviewed it and asked me about my previous job. Then, they asked me some basic questions about my strengths and weaknesses, and why I would be a good fit for the role there.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
Chef
They were very thorough in their approach to the interview process. The goal was to really get a good understanding of me as a person and also as a chef. The whole experience was very direct and genuinely interesting. The management team is actively involved and is always keen on offering support and finding ways to assist.
- Tell me about your leadership qualities.
