This was one of those basic HR calls, not technical at all. They asked me basic questions and seemed surprised by my answers, like where I'm based, which they clearly hadn't checked on my CV. They also told me my required notice period of one to two months was too long.

I applied online and a manager reached out about a week later. We had a 30-min video call with 5 people. I had to introduce myself and about a third of the interview was in the two languages required. Two days later, I had a second video call with the same 5 people to clarify things about my Master's and answer more questions. I stressed that my job would be my priority and my part-time Master wouldn't be an issue. I was really excited about the role, but it turned out to be a waste of time because the job was totally qualitative, and the description was misleading. It doesn't make sense to hire someone with a BA in Statistics for a job reading legislation, regulations, and media. They also asked specific questions about how I'd do online research. Unlike others who heard nothing, I got an email two days after the second interview saying I wasn't selected. The manager was considerate.
