The management was okay, but the technical interviewers were bragging about their own achievements. I didn't get an offer, but I wouldn't have accepted it anyway. It was a typical weed-out interview with Leetcode problems.

So the recruiter reached out, and then it took like 20+ days to get through the recruiter screening and set up a call with the hiring manager. I actually canceled the hiring manager meeting though, because I got another offer during that time. But honestly, even if I hadn't gotten another offer, I would've passed on moving forward anyway because the recruiting team was so bad with communication, not timely, and unprofessional. I'm guessing they might have been understaffed? It went like this: recruiter asked to schedule a screening, we scheduled it, then the recruiter missed it. So we rescheduled for the next week, and then the recruiter was 8 minutes late to that call. They mentioned wanting me to meet with the hiring manager, but then there was radio silence from the recruiter for 3 business days. I had to follow up to get the meeting scheduled, and it finally got set up. All in all, it dragged on for over 20 days.

The entire process took only 3.5 weeks, and they moved me along really fast through the 5 rounds. It started with a 15 min phone screen. Then there was a coding challenge with 2 questions, followed by a whiteboard technical round with 2 questions. After that, I had the Hiring Manager round, then the Product Manager round. I actually got to skip the Director of Technology round. All the interviewers were really chill and helpful, and they answered all my questions without any hesitation. I learned a lot about the company and I really like their products.
