The first round involved tech and behavioral questions. The interviewers were very nice and straightforward. It seemed like they are looking for someone who can start working immediately with minimal training. They were polite and professional, but the people on the call didn't share much about their own work, only their names.

Behavioral Technical
The interview process involved three interviews over a few weeks. Initially, there was a very casual meeting at my University's career fair. Following that, I spoke with the recruiter who discussed the role and my resume. In the final interview, I met with a Senior Engineer to go over my resume and career aspirations, and we also toured the office. Technical questions seemed minimal. Overall, it was a negative experience due to the lengthy 6-month process without an offer.

So, the interview was like 4 parts: first a phone screen, then talking to the manager, then a technical assignment, and the last part was a final discussion with some behavioral questions. Sometimes there were more people in the meetings than you expected, so it felt a bit all over the place and not super planned out. The recruiter didn't give much feedback, just a quick message saying someone else got the job, no real explanation.
