I spoke with the online representative first, then the Regional manager, and then the store manager before I was offered the job. This whole thing took like a month, which was longer than I thought it would.

Applied and was contacted a few days later for an interview. It went well, and a week after, I did a job shadow for a few hours to see if I was still interested. The manager gave me the impression I was the guy he wanted, but told me I'd have to take an online test at some point that all new hires take to test workplace tendencies and competencies. A week later, I got a call from the area rep and got through the test. Didn't hear back until I called three weeks later when the guy I interviewed with told me that as far as he knew, I was the one they were going to hire. Two weeks later, another call from the area rep who told me I scored well on the test, and we negotiated pay and hammered out training details.
