Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pilgrim's.
Production
It was a really chill process. They took me on a tour of the place first, just to see if it seemed like something I could handle. Everyone was super nice.
- How experienced are you?
- Can you tell me about your experience with potential scenarios in this job?
Production Supervisor
It was a long process and they don't really select based on skills, more on who HR likes. That's why employees don't stick around. Overall it was good, but I think they aren't aligned with what they're actually looking for.
- Can you describe your different activities?
- What do you look for in terms of leadership?
Production Supervisor
I talked to the production manager of the shift that had an open position, then I talked to upper management the next day. I got the offer within 3 days later. It is a laid-back environment. Sometimes can feel like a family.
- Is safety, quality, or production more critical?
