First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PIH Health.
Volunteer
It was an easy process, they just asked a few questions. The interviewer was a bit unfriendly, which made me feel icky about the whole thing, so I ended up choosing a different hospital to volunteer at.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Volunteer
It was a phone interview. They rang me at the right time, asked me some questions about my background and experience, and then we talked about the job and what happens next.
- Could you share some information about your background?
- What would you say are your greatest strengths?
- Can you describe your relevant experience?
Volunteer
The interviewer was punctual for our scheduled call. The questions were straightforward and general, without any follow-ups. Following the questions, the interviewer outlined the next steps in the process, such as scheduling and department assignment, and then I had the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. The entire interview concluded very quickly, in about 10 minutes.
- Can you tell me about yourself, including your background, extracurricular activities, and any volunteer experience you have?
- What skills can you contribute to PIH Health, and what are your goals for this volunteer opportunity?
- Have you had any previous customer service experience?
