La chargée de recrutement ghoste complètement le candidat, ne répondant plus malgré plusieurs relances après l'entretien. C'est vraiment un manque de respect et de considération envers les candidats, et ça dégrade l'image de l'entreprise.

I saw the job posting for this digital project manager role on LinkedIn. It was shared by a recruiter from Pierre Fabre, and I knew one of the managers there. I applied through the company's career site. I got a call from the manager, then the recruiter. After that, I was invited to Castres for an afternoon of interviews. I had 4 interviews that afternoon: one with the HR director in charge of internal transformation, one with the recruiter, one with the manager, and one with the digital director of processes and organization. The company covered my travel expenses to Castres, which was great because interviews are stressful, and it was one less thing to worry about. The driver who took me from the Toulouse airport to Castres was also very nice. After the interviews, I had to take an English test (BULATS). I'd taken the TOEIC in 2007, so I was familiar with these tests. I liked the new English test because it helped me gauge my English level and gave me another mini-language certification. Then, I had two phone calls to debrief with the recruiter and the manager. Finally, I had a last call with the HR director for France, who confirmed I got the job.
