J'ai eu un contact téléphonique avec un recruteur, puis un entretien via Teams avec le recruteur. Ensuite, j'ai eu un entretien en présentiel avec le manager direct. Pour finir, un entretien de formalités avec le RRH du site où on a parlé de ma motivation pour l'entreprise, du salaire, etc.

I went through the process, starting with HR, then the manager. Just when I thought it was over, I was told there was another HR stage. This time, they didn't ask about my experience or resume, only very behavioral/personal questions. I didn't think I did well, but they said I was in the finals and they'd get back to me. I waited for over a month for feedback, even after following up, and never got it. I found out through a friend working elsewhere that I didn't get the job. I felt it was disrespectful not to receive any kind of response.
