The manager gave me a tour of the place, but not the kitchen. Then we sat down outside and he talked about my resume and my work history.

The interview process was pretty easy. First, I had a quick phone call where they asked about my availability and why I wanted to work there. Then, they called me in for an in-person interview at the restaurant. I spoke with the manager there, and we talked about my past experience and how I deal with customer service issues. They asked some situation-based questions, like what I would do if I had a difficult customer or during a busy shift. It was a pretty chill interview, and I made sure to show I was excited about the job and ready to learn. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a quick and to the point interview. It was in a group setting. I applied for a manager spot but they said I couldn't be hired straight into that role and would need to work my way up. I ended up getting the Shift Lead spot.
