It was a pretty standard interview process. They started with some basic behavioral questions that you usually get asked in any job interview. Then, they moved on to some technical aspects of the role.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty easy. First, I had a quick phone call where they asked about my availability and why I wanted to work there. Then, they called me in for an in-person interview at the restaurant. I spoke with the manager there, and we talked about my past experience and how I deal with customer service issues. They asked some situation-based questions, like what I would do if I had a difficult customer or during a busy shift. It was a pretty chill interview, and I made sure to show I was excited about the job and ready to learn. Overall, it was a good experience.

I applied online and got a call for an interview two weeks later. I was interviewed by two GMs and someone who took notes. It was a pretty chill interview, not stressful at all. The whole thing took about 45 minutes, though I had to wait for two other people to go before me. You'll basically get the job if you can work weekends.

Behavioral Group

I applied online and got a call three days later to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by two workers who asked me basic questions about myself and my work experience. The interview was pretty laidback. They called me back for a second interview a week later to check my availability, but I never heard back after that.
