The interview process was rude, with the interviewer being late and degrading. It felt unprofessional and like they were just hiring to fill a quota, possibly through reverse affirmative action, where one culture was allowed to take precedence and others were squelched. I was accused of lying regarding the quota, and the boss was touching me. There was constant gossip, and employees who needed to be taught skills to be successful were ignored.

I applied online and after about a week and a half I got an email saying they wanted to do a phone interview. I called the number they gave me and talked to the woman on the phone who asked me very basic questions like how many hours I wanted, and why I wanted to work at pick n save. We set up an in person interview within a week. The in person interview was super laid back. They asked me how many hours I wanted, and asked basic interview questions. It lasted about 25 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot.

I applied online and they called me back like two months later. I chatted with the hiring manager, kinda like a phone interview. Then, I set up an actual interview. I went in and waited about 15 minutes before the interviewer showed up. He was a really nice guy, very understanding. The interview was short, like 15-20 minutes. It seemed to go well, and they offered me the job right then. I signed some papers and now I'm waiting for my orientation details.
