I had an initial 30-minute phone chat with a recruiter. They asked me about my background and went over the job. Then they asked if I had any questions, and I asked about the job duties and what success looks like in the role.

It was a really simple process. I had to do a self-recorded interview initially, which was easy to use and not complicated at all. I'd suggest having a solid introduction ready to go to help you succeed.

So after the phone screen, there were three more interviews, all done virtually. The first two were each about 30 minutes, one-on-one. The last one was pretty long, an hour and forty-five minutes, and I met with three people. For that final part, I had to put together a sales pitch for Phreesia.
