It started with an initial screen, then a call with a manager. The last step was a back-to-back call with another manager for a mock presentation on a Phreesia solution, right before an interview with a sales director. Everyone was really nice and gave helpful feedback between interviews. They let me know afterward that I wasn't selected, which I appreciated. The case study was simpler than I expected, just look at the website and don't overthink it.

Behavioral

The interviewer was professional and kind, but seemed to be reading from a script. The main issues were that there's no commission, you have to be an SDR for 15 months before being eligible for a promotion, and you can't take any days off for the first 90 days. I've never seen a sales role with no commission, which seemed absurd. The 15-month minimum also felt odd, as other places promote to AE after a year. Asking if I needed vacation days during the initial recruiter screen felt like a huge red flag, especially when the recruiter said she'd need to note my request for a couple of days off for a wedding to management. I decided not to proceed after that, as it felt like a series of red flags.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

It was a 3 round interview process and I spoke to 5 people. The last round was a 1 hour 45 minute call with 3 SDMs. The 5th manager I spoke to gave me a case study. I was really nervous about this but it was only 3 questions that I needed to find on their website. The manager gave me the questions and about 10 minutes to find the answers and email them to her during the interview. We then went over my answers and she confirmed they were all correct. The questions were basic and easily found on their website.
