Client Experience Manager
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I had an initial HR screener and then a hiring manager phone interview. My skills fit another team better, so I was referred to another recruiter and started over with the HR screener and hiring manager phoner. Then, a Skype video interview with the hiring manager. Next, I prepared a case study PowerPoint presentation on work scenarios. This was followed by about 2 hours of 1:1 in-person interviews. The last step was meeting the CEO. Normally, this is the last interview, but he had to travel, and I was going on vacation. They were accommodating and let me Skype with the CEO while I was on vacation to keep things moving. After the offer, I submitted info for a background check. The recruiter and hiring manager were very communicative throughout the process.

Management Role
The interview process wasn't too complicated and seemed to be going well, but an issue did arise which made me suspect medical discrimination might be occurring at this organization. While they didn't state this as the reason for my disqualification, and I can't prove it, there was enough of a commotion that I'm guessing that was the underlying cause. It's unfortunate and ironic given they appear to be a healthcare organization.
- Can you discuss your background concerning this role?
Office Manager
The interview process was good. They had three people interview me and included a demo of the product. They asked relevant questions and were friendly. The only thing is meeting people/getting interviewed by people who were not relevant to my job. Two people who interviewed me, I never interacted with nor worked with which I think is a waste of time for both the employer and interviewee.
- Can you elaborate on your resume?
- What are your strengths?
