My interview was in three stages. First, a 25-minute recruiter screener with basic get-to-know-you questions, asking why I'm interested in the job and why I'm leaving my current one, and to walk me through my resume. Second, a case study and interview with a team lead, where they gave me a few days to prep for a 7-10 minute presentation and to discuss my prep, thought process, and qualifications. Third, a 2.5-hour session with a Director, a Peer, and a Product Demo. We started with 30 minutes to prep for a new case study, which I then presented to a Director, followed by a standard interview. Then, a conversational peer interview where I could also interview them. Finally, a product demo where a team member showed me the system, checked if I'd be comfortable with the software, and asked for my feedback and what I would highlight to customers. The entire process was conversational, friendly, and professional, with interviewers being responsive and thoughtful.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I recently went through the interview process at phressia, which is a three-step thing. First, you meet with HR. Then, there's a meeting with a team lead, along with a case review. The last stage is meeting with the director and some other team members. The whole thing takes about 3 hours. Just a heads-up, even if you get to the end, it's not a done deal. If any of the people you meet don't click with you or you slip up, you might not get the job. After talking to the team, it seems like there's not much work-life balance.

The interview process was fast but comprehensive. It started with a phone screen. Then there was a mock scenario presentation. The final stage was a 3-hour session with 4 interviews: a product demo, a peer interview, an HR/culture fit interview, and an executive interview. These interviews felt deep and appropriate for the job's duties. Knowing the product well is key for the final interview.
