The first interview was a phone screening with what seemed like a recruiter. It went well, they mainly wanted to see if I'd done my research and asked a bit about my background. The second interview was with a current manager. I think I did okay even though she was really trying hard not to show any emotion, almost like she was told to. I didn't hear back and had to follow up a few times before they told me I wasn't moving forward. The culture seems to match what most of the reviews from current and past employees said... cold.

I applied for the role and got a screening call scheduled. The interviewer was late and cut the call short. I talked about my experience and interest in the company, but he seemed uninterested. I later saw other reviews mentioning similar experiences with this interviewer. I got rejected on Monday after interviewing on Wednesday.

I applied online and then HR reached out about two weeks later to set up an initial phone chat. After that, I had three more interviews over MS Teams. The second one was about 2 hours long with three people interviewing me. This part involved giving a presentation about what I know about Phreesia, getting to see the product and talk with a CSA, and then another chat with the CS Sr. Director. The very last interview was focused on behavioral questions. All in all, the interview process was a good experience. The team was really professional, friendly, and quick to respond. My advice is to make sure you actually want to work at Phreesia, show interest in the company and the job, and ask good questions that prove it.
