Behavioral

It was a very simple and effective interview process. Everything went smoothly and the people I interacted with were very professional. They clearly communicated what they expected from me and what my responsibilities would be. I felt like they were genuinely trying to figure out if I was a good fit for the company and if their culture would be a good fit for me.

Behavioral Presentation Other

There were a bunch of interviews, 4 in total. One of them was a sales presentation to see how you sell. They don't offer commission, so they're not looking for people who are primarily motivated by money. The recruiter was really friendly.

I went through 5 interviews for this role. It began with a recruiter call, followed by a presentation, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally two interviews with people outside the department. The recruiter, Joelle, was super responsive and kept me updated after each stage. I really appreciated that she made time to answer my questions before interviews so I knew what to expect. I felt totally supported throughout. Everyone I interviewed with was professional and punctual. It was great that they only scheduled 30 minutes for each interview. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. They actually suggested I apply for this role after my initial application for another position was filled, which I thought was a really nice touch. I'm grateful they took the time to look at my resume and for the time they invested in me.
