Sales
This job isn't for direct phonesales... They record and upload your interview and create a sales profile for you on their platform, kind of like you're an athlete. The profile is viewable to their clients and the idea is to match you up with sales offers. So it's more like a dating profile, except you don't see any activity on your end. You can add and edit some things to your profile. If they think you're a fit for an offer, they can recommend you or reach out to you, or a client could select you.
- They have you record a role play for a fictional product or service that's similar to what their clients actually offer.
Sales Representative
It was a great process, very organic and natural to see if there's a fit for everyone. It was very conversational to alleviate any of the typical pressure or fear. It's a very solid and streamlined process, and they were willing to give you feedback to better yourself as you go through it.
- What is prompting your job search?
Sales
The process was really smooth. It started with a background conversation and then we did a role play. The interviewer was super professional and answered all my questions. I ended up getting into their candidate pool.
- Can you describe the type of commission you are seeking?
- What's your motivation for pursuing phone sales?
- Could you tell me your current location?
