This job isn't for direct phonesales... They record and upload your interview and create a sales profile for you on their platform, kind of like you're an athlete. The profile is viewable to their clients and the idea is to match you up with sales offers. So it's more like a dating profile, except you don't see any activity on your end. You can add and edit some things to your profile. If they think you're a fit for an offer, they can recommend you or reach out to you, or a client could select you.
