Closer
The interview process was really nice and organized. It started with a casual chat about my background and the role, which made it feel comfortable and informative. The team communicated clearly throughout, keeping everything straightforward and engaging. I also did a mock call as part of the process, which was a good way to get a feel for the job. Overall, I really liked the experience—it was friendly, informative, and professional.

Appointment Setter
The interviewer, Jeff, started by saying it wasn't a sales call, which was odd since I knew it was. He asked some good questions to get to know me, and then we did a mock call for a product I wasn't familiar with. I think it would have been better to let me roleplay with a product I know.
- Tell me about yourself on a personal level.
Sales
This job isn't for direct phonesales... They record and upload your interview and create a sales profile for you on their platform, kind of like you're an athlete. The profile is viewable to their clients and the idea is to match you up with sales offers. So it's more like a dating profile, except you don't see any activity on your end. You can add and edit some things to your profile. If they think you're a fit for an offer, they can recommend you or reach out to you, or a client could select you.
- They have you record a role play for a fictional product or service that's similar to what their clients actually offer.
High-Ticket Closer
Jeff, the hiring manager, made this interview really easy. He first told me about the company, more than I found in my own research, and what they need for this job. Then he asked about my past roles and what I want from this position. We wrapped up with a casual roleplay so Jeff could check out my sales and discovery skills, and I think it went well. I also liked the feedback on how I can improve my closing skills.
- Can you walk me through your sales background?
- Do you have any sales training or certifications?
- Tell me about your past experiences and what you're looking for in this role.
