Behavioral Technical

The interview process was good. The team is technically sound and has fair interviewing practices. The Superday was for the final 3 rounds, and the decision was shared by HR. The offer was good, and it's a very, very, very good company. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for career growth.

Technical Case Presentation

This was a 5-stage interview process: Hiring Manager, Product Strategy, Problem Solving, Business Understanding, and a Technical round. While I enjoyed the interviewers and their questions, the recruiter experience was quite poor. The recruiter was hard to reach, not friendly, and not helpful. I had to push hard to get a different slot for the final interview because I had a prior commitment. The recruiter's responses were short and rude. It's a shame because recruiters are the face of the company, and they should be kind and empathetic. On a side note, 4 out of 5 interviewers were North Indian men, and there were no women on the panel. More diversity would be great. I ended up accepting an offer from another company with a better offer and a seemingly kinder team.

Technical Case Behavioral

It was about 4-5 rounds total. Two rounds were product-focused, one covered business aspects, and another assessed technical understanding. The recruiter's follow-up and communication were a bit all over the place, often feeling like an afterthought. Most interviewers didn't introduce themselves, and the interview invite was just a Google Meet link in an email, felt pretty adhoc. Some interviewers were good and listened well, but one interviewer was quite stubborn about a hypothetical problem and didn't listen. Also, in at least two interviews, I couldn't see the interviewer's face. The whole process could definitely be more professional.
