The entire recruitment process involved 4 stages: first an online assessment, then a group discussion, followed by a technical interview, and finally a human resources interview. The interviewers were quite relaxed, and I had a comfortable experience. During the technical round, the discussion primarily revolved around my resume and a guestification problem. In the HR round, I was presented with an analytical problem.

So the interview process started with an OA round which had aptitude questions. Then there was a GD round, followed by two technical rounds and a final hr round. I only made it to the first technical round and unfortunately didn't proceed further, but it was a great first experience. The interviewer was quite interactive and asked some casual questions like why I wanted to join PhonePe and about my proudest college moment. They also asked questions related to my resume. For my friends, they were asked guesstimates, case studies, and problem statements too.

It was an on-campus opportunity, open to all branches. The first round was an online assessment, purely aptitude-based. This was followed by a group discussion round with 8 people per group. Lastly, there were two rounds, each combining technical and HR aspects. The interview mainly focused on resume, SQL, and scenario-based questions.
